Aircraft Services

Please submit any requests to launch your aircraft as early as you can. The sooner we know your plans, the easier we will be able to accommodate your request. In the summer season (May through September), we ask that you provide a minimum of four (4) hours notice for launch requests; in winter (October through April), please provide two (2) hours notice.

Please note: due to the limited amount of dock space, it is important to maintain your requested time to ensure an on-time departure. If you have not arrived at your aircraft or notified the line service of your late arrival within one hour of your requested launch time, we may remove your aircraft from the water to be launched again once you and your passengers arrive.

Weekday Earliest Departure: 7:30 AM
Weekend Earliest Departure: 8:30 AM
Line Service Technicians arrived about an hour prior to earliest departure to get scheduled flights launched as first priority.

Dock Frequency: 130.30

Dispatch is currently open 7 days a week from 7:00 am - 7:00 pm.
Closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
